Everyone will receive an EventBrite Registration email reminder 2 days before the class and again a couple of hours before the class. Reminders will include the zoom link. The email reminder will include a link where you can download your handouts if you are attending on zoom. If you are attending in person we will have handouts printed for you.
If you want to pay with a credit card please use a choice with a payment (we cover the credit card fees). If you want to mail a check choose a 'free' option meaning no payment needed at time of registration. Mail your check to Carol's Classes LLC, 2040 West Main Street Suite #B4, Rapid City SD 57702.
In Person attendees:
Doors open about 10 minutes before class starts. Carol's Classes LLC NEW LOCATION is in the Fairmont Creamery building downtown, 201 Main Street Suite #206, Rapid City SD 57701. Free parking without a time limit on 2nd Street. We are upstairs - elevator and better stairs in the back of the building.
Zoom attendees:
Zoom attendees MUST be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. If you cannot be seen on camera during all sessions, you may not receive credit with SDREC. Students will need to have reliable high-speed internet access.
Reminder email with Zoom invitation and class handouts link will be sent two days before class. Email will come from Eventbrite.
Transfer Policy: Up until two days before class starts you may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.

Refund Policy: All classes are refundable until one day before class begins. Refund amount will be less the credit card and EB fees which Carol's Classes paid upon purchase. Please allow time for us to manually process the transfer.
