Raised in Rapid City by entrepreneurial families, Shasta found her true calling in helping businesses across industries and states solve issues, simplify processes, and achieve their vision. Today, she’s the founder of Black Hills Business Results, where she serves as a Professional EOS Implementer, coaching business owners right here in the Black Hills.

Beyond business, Shasta plays percussion on her worship team, loves camping adventures with her husband, dog, kids, and grandkids, and is a newly hooked geocacher.
