Often in early parenthood we fumble through our days and experiences. Portal Sessions are an antidote to this!
Facilitated by registered Arts Therapist, Asuka Hara over the course of four-weeks, using simple guided creative practices and art-making, we explore different aspects of our lives and selves for personal insight & thoughtful action.
Sessions are designed to stimulate right-brain activity and parasympathetic nervous system regulation - aka relax and reset.
This may include experimenting with a variety of art materials and mediums such as watercolours, acrylics, clay, collage, journalling and more. Zero experience necessary - this is not about being 'good' at art but rather staying open and receptive to insight and enjoyment.
Purposefully small group sizes, allowing the collective wisdom to be savoured.
This is for you if any of the following apply:

- Need accountability for your self-care

- Would like insight or clarity around an aspect of your self/relationships/experiences
