Breathwork sessions with Shannon are an opportunity to connect with the transformative power of your breath to access deeper levels of growth and healing by dropping into your body, strengthening your intuition and connecting with your authentic self.

Breathwork's lineage is rooted in Eastern practices such as Tibetan Buddhism, Tai Chi and Pranayama. It has been used for profound healing experiences for thousands of years. Conscious connected breathwork is an experiential therapeutic practice that deepens the mind body connection making space for mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual release. It leverages the three part connected breath pattern to quiet your conscious mind and allow your body to process and heal.

HypnoBreathwork® combines conscious connected breathwork to connect with the body, hypnosis to identify limiting beliefs, and visioning to create new neural pathways for sustained behavior change. It is a powerful tool to deepen self awareness, tap into subconscious reprogramming, and identity intuitive action steps for your growth.

In a 60 minute session with Shannon, you will start with grounding and intention setting before diving into a HypnoBreathwork® session for 25 minutes of active breath followed by a 10 minute meditation. You will wrap the session with grounding and integration. Practicing breathwork in community will leave you feeling more alive and less alone.

About your facilitator:

Shannon Cury is an OB based breathwork practitioner and cancer survivor. She is passionate about getting people out of their heads and back into their bodies to elevate their well-being and deepen their authenticity. She holds a safe space to support you in deepening your mind body connection for more presence and mental clarity to improve your wellbeing. She has completed a 200 hour breathwork training and is certified in HypnoBreathwork, a breathwork modality focused on identifying limiting beliefs and rewiring neural pathways for sustained behavior change.
