In a world overwhelmed by stress and exhaustion, it's time to reclaim your inner peace. Discover the transformative power of ancient yogic wisdom fused with modern science.
This yoga class covers everything but Asana: Yamas, Niyamas, Breathwork (Pranayama), Concentration and Attention Training (Dharana), Meditation (Dhyana), and Bliss (Samadhi) —7 out of 8 Limbs of Yoga practice.
Join us weekly to recalibrate your nervous system and access the parasympathetic state. Each class measures your Breathing Rate, guiding you through two 5-10 minute breathwork sessions—some with movement, some with sound—culminating in meditation.
With regular practice, you'll learn to be present with yourself and become aware of which stories of your mind bind you to the cycle of suffering. All healing begins with clarity.
This class is trauma-informed with no contraindications.
