Breathwork Journey : Release, Reset, Reconnect
This is a intimate breathwork journey designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect with yourself particularly if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, low in energy, burnt out, or lacking confidence.
With only 4 spaces available, this session is intentionally kept small to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your breath gently and at your own pace.
What to expect
This is an activation style breathwork session.
The experience may feel energising, emotional, or deeply relaxing and every journey is different.
You will be gently guided throughout, with space to move, feel, and release in a way that feels right for you.

No previous experience is needed.

This session may not be suitable for individuals with:

• Serious heart or cardiovascular conditions
• Glaucoma
• Severe mental health conditions
During the session, you are always in control of your experience and can pause or return to a natural breathing pattern at any time.

🌿 Preparation guidelines
To support your experience, we recommend:
• Avoiding heavy meals for 2–3 hours before the session
• Avoiding alcohol beforehand
• Staying hydrated, but avoiding excessive fluids just before the session
This helps you feel more comfortable and allows you to stay present throughout the journey.

- A pen or pencil
