This month’s breathwork journey, we are letting go of heaviness and welcoming aliveness.
We breathe into the parts of us that are feeling stuck and stagnant, and allow the breath to awaken our beautiful life force energy to bring us back to feeling the fullness and joy of this life we are living.
Join me in this conscious connected breathwork practice that helps you release stuck energy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move through unprocessed emotions.
In this supportive space, you’ll be guided through an active 3-part breathing technique that quiets the mind, activates the body’s natural healing intelligence, and creates space for deep release and insight. Music, gentle prompts, and intuitive guidance will support your journey.
What to bring:

-dress comfortably
*It is recommended that you do not eat within 1 hour before the event, but if it is necessary, eat lightly.
*If you are/think you may be pregnant or have a severe, uncontrolled physical or mental health condition, this Breathwork practice is strongly not recommended.
*We sometimes take a few casual photos to share the good vibes from our sessions. If you’d rather not be in any pictures, just let us know — we’ll make sure to respect that.
