This journey begins with conscious, guided breathwork, allowing the body to soften, the nervous system to downshift, and stored tension or emotional weight to gently release. From this open and receptive space, you’ll be immersed in a rich sound healing experience, carried by the vibrations of:
🎶 Didgeridoo (Yidaki) – Grounding, earthy resonance for clearing and stabilising energy
🎶 Handpan – Flowing, melodic tones that invite presence and calm
🎶 Crystal Singing Bowls – Harmonic frequencies to support energetic balance
🎶 Medicine Drum – Rhythmic pulses to awaken and move stagnant energy
🎶 Native American Flute – Gentle melodies to open the heart and soothe the mind
🎶 Chimes & Tanpura Swarmandal – Ethereal layers for deep relaxation and integration
