Join Sarah Emilie on this 4,5 hour workshop on conscious connected breathing and the potential to unlock and release stored energy, old trauma and negative believe patterns.This workshop is designed for you to take a deeper dive in to the process with the breath, explore the unknown and bring to awareness what calls for your attention. Expect there to be guided meditations, soft movement, self-inquiry and the physical experience of a SOURCE Breathwork session.
Sarah is a yoga teacher and experienced SOURCE Process and Breathwork practitioner. As a therapist she does one on one breathwork therapy sesions and group work. With roots in Rebirthing Breathwork Therapy and eastern spiritual practices, this type of breathwork is centered around ataining a higher level of consciousness and has a great potential for healing. There will be a 30-minute lunch break during the workshop. We suggest keeping it light, perhaps a salad or something similar.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Everyone can participate - no prior experience with breathwork or other yogic practices needed.
