allowing earth and deep shamanic wisdom flow through
your breath and your being.

Conscious connected breathwork
a powerful method of breathwork - combining yogic wisdom and modern medical research - reaching states of bliss and pure transformation.
You will be guided into an experience of deep connection with your body, mind and soul. Using the benefits of heightened neuroplasticity you can alter limiting beliefs, become fully present, sense and let go of emotions stored as tensions in the body (body de-armoring) - thus releasing mental, emotional and physical blockages.
Ceremonial Cacao
is a sacred plant medicine from the rainforest. Used by many cultures spiritually for thousands of years - we’ll take time to honour these traditions and pay respect to the origins of this ancient plant teacher.
We will start the ceremony by creating a sacred space in which we connect to the medicine of raw cacao and form our intention for the transformational journey. We open our hearts to touch and be touched, connect deeply with our inner landscape and the group. In this safe space, we allow ourselves to see and explore whatever is alive right now. Cacao is inviting us to meet ourselves from our heart with acceptance, love and softness.

Manisha is a heart centered, bright and loving soul. Having a background as a professional classical pianist, she knows how it feels to be under constant pressure to achieve and perform on an excellent level. During her own (ongoing) growth journey - having faced her own death and relearning how to walk again - she re-discovered her unique gifts as a human being - vulnerability, authenticity and love.
Now she channels her musical talent into medicine through assisting individuals and groups in personal growth journeys. Trained in a broad variety of tools, she creates safe spaces for connection, presence and deep transformation. It is her deepest desire to empower people to break free from mental and emotional cages. Living a joyful, self determined and meaningful life.
Manisha has co-created workshops for Boom Festival Portugal, Burning Man events, played concerts and hosted workshops all over the world including Switzerland, Germany, Brazil, Guatemala and Taiwan.
