About this Event
Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with ourselves. In this guided two-hour breathwork journey, you will be led through a carefully structured experience designed to help quiet the mind and create space within the body.
Through conscious breathing, gentle guidance, and integration time, this session offers an opportunity to slow down, tune inward, and explore the powerful connection between breath, body, and awareness.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow your breath to guide the journey. It’s not about “doing it right” — it’s about letting the breath take you where you need to go.

This practice isn’t suitable for everyone. Please skip this session (or check with your healthcare provider first) if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, history of aneurysms, recent surgery or injury, severe psychiatric conditions, or other serious medical concerns.
