Breathe + Be is a one-hour, rooftop wellness experience designed to support deep presence during the winter season—a time when the body, heart, and nervous system naturally ask for rest, reflection, and spaciousness.
Set atop the Broken Shaker rooftop pool with sweeping city views, this practice offers a gentle pause from doing, fixing, and pushing—making room to meet yourself exactly as you are.
What to Expect
This experience unfolds in two intentional parts:
Guided Breathwork (25–30 minutes)
Led by breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher Carli Michelle, this grounding practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and energetic release. Breath is used as a tool to slow the mind, soften the body, and create internal spaciousness.
Yin Yoga + Meditation (25–30 minutes)
Facilitated by Naomi Hutchinson, Founder of Healthy+Well, this gentle Yin Yoga and meditation practice invites stillness, long-held postures, and deep listening. The practice is designed to support rest, reflection, and embodied presence.
Both portions are accessible for all levels, with options offered throughout.
The Intention
Aligned with the winter season, Breathe + Be is not about striving or transformation—it’s about allowing.
Allowing yourself to slow down.
Allowing your breath to guide you.
Allowing whatever is present—emotionally, physically, or energetically—to be met with compassion.
This is a space for mindfulness, nervous system care, and quiet restoration.
