In a world fueled by competition and noise, staying clear and calm is essential. In this class, we tap into the power of breathwork and meditation to step off the hamster wheel, recalibrate our nervous system, and connect with our peaceful presence.

By employing controlled breathing techniques and mindful meditation, this class helps us quiet the internal chatter. Participants will learn different methods to down-regulate fight and flight, increase oxygenation, and develop the skills of self-awareness and self-soothing. Join us to discover how these practices can positively impact your physical and mental health.

Each class includes kriyas that blend breathing, movement, and sound — culminating in meditation.

With regular practice, you'll learn to stay calm in difficult moments, and aware of what might bind you to the cycle of suffering. Our healing begins with clarity.

This class is trauma-informed with no contraindications.

About our facilitator: Natasha is an E-RYT 500 yoga-meditation-breathwork teacher with 12 years of experience, a certified Spiritual Psychology and Mindfulness educator, and a past student of Judo. As a trauma-sensitive, osteoporosis-trained instructor, her mission is to help you cultivate lasting calm, whether in her vigorous yoga class, or staying in line at a local Post Office. With the widespread anxiety, anger, ADD, insomnia, chronic pain, and fast-paced fitness frenzy she hopes to share the sacredness of slowing down. Her mission is to inspire people to embrace daily self-care that fosters graceful, active aging and nurtures mental clarity and calm.
