Breath. Sound. Light.A Transformational Three-Hour Immersive Journey
Sunday March 8 | WA Museum Boola Bardip
Some experiences do not entertain the mind.
They recalibrate the nervous system.
They awaken memory in the body.
They remind us of what it feels like to be fully alive.
Breath Sound Light is a rare, immersive three-hour journey that brings together conscious breath-work, live sound therapy, chromatic light therapy, spoken word, and presence, held inside one of Western Australia’s most iconic cultural spaces.
This is not a performance. It is not a workshop. It is not a meditation as you know it.
It is a carefully curated, co-created experience designed to take participants beyond the familiar layers of thinking and into direct embodied transformation.
The Experience
Over three hours, you will be guided through an evolving arc of breath, sound, light, and poetry, each element woven intentionally to support deep regulation, emotional release, insight, and reconnection.
The journey unfolds gradually, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to settle into coherence.
You will be invited into:
Conscious breathwork that opens access to deeper emotional and somatic awareness
Live sound therapy performed in real time, responding to the energy of the room
Chromatherapy using light and colour to support regulation and integration
Spoken word that brings language to the ineffable
A held, spacious environment where nothing is required of you except presence
Participants often report a sense of clarity, groundedness, emotional release, deep calm, and a renewed connection to themselves and to life after experiences of this nature.
The Co-Creators
Tenille Bentley
Internationally recognised sound therapist, keynote speaker, and Creative Director of the multi-award-winning En Coda Orchestra, featured in the documentary Does Sound Heal.
Tenille works at the intersection of neuroscience, sound therapy, emotional intelligence, and human performance. Her sound journeys are known for their depth, safety, and profound impact on the nervous system, blending ancient instruments with modern understanding of frequency, resonance, and regulation.
Jake Loreto
Founder of The Breath Movement, Jake is one of Australia’s leading breathwork facilitators. His work bridges science, embodiment, and lived experience, creating spaces where breath becomes a gateway to self-awareness, emotional release, and nervous system balance.
Together, Tenille and Jake have intentionally designed this journey to move beyond technique and into true integration.
Special Guest Contributors
Mich Clark
Chromatherapy and light artist, bringing colour, tone, and visual frequency into the space. Light is used not as spectacle, but as a subtle therapeutic layer that supports emotional and nervous system regulation.
Wren Whispers
Closing the journey with a bespoke spoken word piece. Poetry offers a bridge between the felt experience and conscious integration, giving language to what has moved through the body.
Marnie LeFevre
Master of Ceremonies, holding the container of the event with warmth, presence, and grounded guidance.
Sound Assistants
Graduates from the Institute of Sound and Frequency will create a sound scape surrounding and holding the entire room to create a surround sound experience. With bowls, bells and more they will take you deeper as they assist Tenille in the sound journey.
Breath Assistants
A team of assistants that are trained will be by your side during the journey to ensure that you are feeling held, noticing every little detail they will be able to support you through your breath experience to help you feel safe.
Why Breath, Sound and Light Together
When breath, sound, and light are combined intentionally, they work on multiple systems at once.
Breath regulates the nervous system and opens access to stored emotion. Sound works through resonance and vibration, supporting deep states of calm and coherence. Light and colour subtly influence mood, perception, and sensory processing.
Together, they create conditions where the body can safely release, reset, and reorganise.
This is not about escaping life. It is about returning to it with greater clarity and capacity.
There are moments in life when we feel the quiet pull to pause. To listen. To recalibrate.
Breath Sound Light is one of those moments.
Not to fix yourself.
Not to become someone else.
But to remember what it feels like to be fully present in your own body.
We would love to welcome you into this shared experience.
Tickets will sell out as these events always do, so grab your ticket when you feel the call and we will see you there!
