✨ Breath & Sound Waves: Conscious Connected Breathwork & Gong Journey ✨
A ritual for deep rest and inner reflecting
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, immersive Sound and the optional addition of bodywork, we gather in community to honour the turning of the season. A time to slow down, exhale deeply, and make peace with stillness.
💫 What to Expect
- A welcoming opening circle and gentle, body-based arrival
- Introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork, a circular breathing practice that opens the door to clarity, emotional release, and nervous system support
- A guided breath journey with music, presence, and intuitive facilitation (verbal or light touch-based, always optional)
- An immersive sound journey with gongs, singing bowls, and other evocative instruments
- Gentle integration time, space for journalling, and a return to soft connection
- A compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome... tender, fiery, quiet or expansive
💛 About Conscious Connected Breathwork
This gentle yet powerful technique opens the body’s energetic channels and invites emotional release, clarity, and somatic awareness. Sensations may include tingling, temperature changes, movement of energy, or waves of emotion, all of which are welcome in this supported space.
🔉What Is a Gong Bath?
Lying comfortably, you’ll be enveloped in layers of healing resonance, from gongs to crystalline tones. Sound moves through the body at a cellular level, quieting the mind, regulating the nervous system, and anchoring your breath journey into embodied presence.
