What to Expect: We begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony to set our intentions, followed by a guided Rebirthing Breathwork Session. We close with a Sharing Circle and additional time to connect over tea and snacks.
Breath & Chill is a transformative group experience rooted in the practice of Rebirthing Breathwork. These sessions invite participants to reconnect with their breath to release physical or emotional blockages in a safe, supportive space. Through conscious connected breathing, you'll explore deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and inner peace. It’s the perfect tool for anyone seeking healing, stress relief, or a reset from daily life. Whether you're new to breathwork or returning for a deeper dive, Breath & Chill offers a powerful journey inward and the possibility to connect with others and share your experience.

You are free to leave already right after the Sharing Circle in case of other obligations.
Included: Cacao, tea, and snacks are provided. Feel free to bring something extra to share if you feel called to.
Equipment: Blindfolds are provided for the session, but you are welcome to bring your own eye cover if you prefer.
Capacity: Limited to 8 people to maintain an intimate container. Please reserve in advance.
🙏 Preparation:
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
- Please avoid large meals 2 hours before the session.
- Do not consume alcohol or substances on the day of the session.
- Set an intention and be open to whatever arises.
- No prior experience is necessary.
💶 Exchange Sliding scale: 15€ – 30€
