A relaxed, supportive postpartum group for new moms and parents with babies, led by Annie, a certified lactation counselor and certified postpartum doula (and mom).
What to expect
A welcoming, judgment-free space where your specific needs are centered.
We begin by checking in and focusing on your questions, especially around infant feeding.
Annie always brings a baby scale, and weighted feeds are available as a gentle way to offer clarity and reassurance around feeding.
What is the focus of the group?
The group focuses mainly on infant feeding support, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, combination feeding, pumping, and feeding transitions.
There is also space to talk about life as a new parent , the emotional shifts, challenges, and everyday questions that often feel easier when shared in community.

While feeding support is a big focus, there is also space to talk about life as a parent: the emotional shifts, the exhaustion, the highs and lows.

This group is about educating, supporting and offering connection during a tender stage of life.

Babies are always welcome.
All feeding journeys are welcome.
This group is for educational purposes. Families are encouraged to continue working with their pediatrician and healthcare team.
