About this Event
Menopause is a natural stage of life, yet many women especially within minority communities are often expected to suffer in silence. This workshop is designed to change that.
Join us for an open, supportive, and empowering event where we create safe conversations around menopause, challenge cultural stigma, and share real experiences without judgment. Whether you are experiencing menopause yourself, supporting a loved one or simply want to learn more, this event welcomes everyone.
Attendees can expect honest discussions, practical advice, community connection and expert guidance on understanding menopause symptoms, wellbeing and support strategies. We also encourage partners, family members and friends to attend so they can better understand how to support women through this journey.
