Lara trained in NYC with renowned acting coach Anthony Abeson. She carries his (and Stanislavski’s) mantel of “no recipes, whatever works” therefore creating a workshop specifically for the emerging actor who is looking for the ideal setting to practice a variety of techniques or ‘tools’ to add to their toolkit.
In advance of the workshop, scenes will be distributed with the goal of being off-the-page so rigorous focus can be placed on techniques, improvisation, and character work.
There will be a minimum of sitting and listening and a maximum of doing and experiencing.
