About this Event

WELLBEING WEEK

A week of space to slow down, move, breathe, rest, connect, and just be.

Across the week, Fiery Hearts CIC is bringing together a series of community wellbeing sessions exploring movement, mindfulness, sound, creativity, reflection, rest, and connection. Each session has its own unique flavour, guided by a different facilitator and theme, while sharing the same intention of creating welcoming spaces that help us feel a little more grounded, open, and connected.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, whether this is completely new to you or already part of your life, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

💛 THIS SESSION: GENTLE HEARTS

A Wellbeing Retreat for Everyone

Brave Hearts is an encouraging space to explore confidence, courage, and playful movement through Yoga and gentle inversion work.

Together, we’ll explore breathwork, mindful movement, guided practice, and supportive opportunities to try something new at your own pace. Expect an uplifting and welcoming atmosphere with space to build trust in yourself, explore beyond familiar edges, and reconnect with a sense of possibility.

🌿 About your Facilitator

This session will be guided by Gianna Hewlett.

Gianna is a Yoga teacher whose approach blends mindful movement, breath, strength, and Yoga philosophy in a grounded and accessible way. Her classes create supportive space to explore movement with curiosity and confidence, with a particular passion for playful inversion work, resilience, and self-trust. Alongside teaching internationally, Gianna also leads retreats and workshops centred around connection, wellbeing, and personal growth.
