What is Brasil Summerfest? We are the premier contemporary music festival in the country celebrating Brazil’s music and culture with the best artists.
Who is the festival pass for? This festival pass is for those that want to see multiple events during the festival. You can always purchase single event tickets. Some events are also free.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Festival Pass (“Pass”) is issued by Brasil Summerfest Inc. and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). The terms “you” and “your” mean the person to whom the Pass was issued. Your purchase or use of the Pass constitutes acceptance of and agreement with these Terms, as well as the terms and conditions of individual venues. Brasil Summerfest has the right to revoke the Pass at any time for misconduct or violation of these Terms.
The Pass entitles you to access all Brasil Summerfest events, subject to change at any time. The Pass is valid for general admission during the Brasil Summerfest 2022 taking place June 29 - July 24. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a Pass or VIP Pass. A Pass is not required for free programming.
The Pass is personal to you and it is non-transferable. The pass is personalized with your name and you must present a valid ID for entry. You may only purchase two (2) passes at a time. You must provide the name of the second pass holder.
The pass is for non-seated events only. For theater shows, those tickets must be purchased separately. Almost all festival shows are standing rooms. We may request pass holders to RSVP for high demand events in order to manage capacity at the venues. Failing to RSVP may result in denied entrance on-site. We will make sure to notify pass holders if an RSVP is necessary for select events.
The Pass does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Terms, and all additional expenses, including without limitation travel, accommodation, food & average expense and parking fees, if any, will be your sole responsibility.
You may not sell, give or otherwise transfer the Pass to any other person. You may not permit any other person to use your Pass or any tickets issued with the Pass. You may not permit any other person to, or register your Pass in any other person’s name. Brasil Summerfest will void any Pass and any tickets or wristbands obtained with the Pass, that are transferred to another person, used by another person or registered in another person’s name, and you will not receive a refund. The Pass, and any tickets and wristbands obtained with the Pass, are not refundable for any reason or exchangeable for any other ticket or product. Any use of the Pass or tickets or wristbands for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is prohibited. Brasil Summerfest is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use.
Festival passes are non-refundable.
BRASIL SUMMERFEST, ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PASS OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. YOU RELEASE BRASIL SUMMERFEST, ITS PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE PASS OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
