Hey TeamWith the gym closed on Boxing Day, we're going to go for a bit of a walk and a chat at our regular 'Beach Day' beach (CY O'Connor's). This wont be about training - just a gentle walk along the sand (in the water if you're keen) and spending some time together outside of the gym.
We'll meet in the carpark at 8am and wander down from there...kids welcome, dogs welcome (it's a dog beach) and EVERYONE welcome...
Would be great to see a few people heading along.
