Boxing gloves and wraps provided. If it's your first time boxing, please arrive 15 mins early to wrap your hands and go over basic technique.
This is a locked woman only environment, suitable for women of all cultures and faiths. Due to this doors are locked at 2pm sharp and we cannot admit anyone past this time.
