This event is being held in celebration of International

Women’s Month to inspire and empower young

women by exposing them to the wide range of careers

available within the creative industry. It was created to

address the lack of visibility, representation, and

awareness that many young women experience when

exploring future career paths.

Many young women grow up without seeing people

who look like them represented in creative leadership

roles or understanding the variety of jobs that exist

within the creative industry. This lack of representation

and information can limit confidence, ambition, and

opportunity. This event is needed to challenge those

limitations, provide positive role models, and show

young women that their goals are achievable
