About this Event
An amazing chance to take part in a physical activity session guided by the Community Living Well certified instructor.
Introducing a regular exercising routine benefits our health in many different ways. Research has shown that exercise can lift our mood, boost our mental health, help us sleep better, and manage our weight.
Regular exercise is one of the best things we can do for our health. However, working it into our routine and sticking with it can take some determination and discipline.
