1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
2. Valid ID (including student ID for Student Passes) must be presented at entry.
3. Entry may be denied to anyone under the influence, causing disturbance, or failing to comply with security checks.
4. No outside food, drinks, or alcohol are allowed inside the venue.
5. Dangerous items (weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
6. Organizers reserve the right to change the event program, artist lineup, or schedule without prior notice.
7. Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue.
8. Photography and videography may take place. By attending, guests consent to the use of their images for promotional purposes.
9. Table reservations (Standing or Sitting) must be occupied by the booked group before the event reaches full capacity; unclaimed tables may be reassigned without refund.
10. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Organizers are not liable for loss or damage.
11. Strictly no smoking inside the indoor venue except in designated areas.
12. Security instructions must be followed at all times for everyone’s safety.
13. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by all event rules and acknowledge that violation may result in removal from the venue without refund.
