About this Event
This Retreat
Mushim will be teaching in person in Sacramento. Please refrain from using any fragrances or scented products that day.
This mindfulness meditation-based, interactive, and skills building retreat offers a container for warm-hearted community building. Together we'll move from frustration, anger, and reactivity into curiosity, compassionate engagement AND strategic action. In these painful and chaotic times, active listening, emotional intelligence, and somatics grounded in contemplative depth provide a way forward. Guided mindfulness meditation (Vipassana); reflective journaling; small group skill-building exercises; mindful movement; and Q & A. Join for a day that is renewing, relaxing, and moves us into our edge of spiritual growth.
Registration
We offer this program on a sliding scale of $30 - $150, which includes a donation for the teacher. However, we turn no one away for lack of funds. We have a sliding-scale option for individuals who pay below our registration range.
Note: if you need a scholarship, contact the coordinator, Michele, at [email protected].
