Body Weight Bootcamp w/ Lakeshore Sport & Fitness

A fun, circuit style class that focuses on High Intensity Interval training without equipment, taught by personal trainer & group fitness instructor Aislinn Travis.

This class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.

This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend. It’s more important than ever to find ways to stay fit and healthy, so step out into the neighborhood for the Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7.
