About this Event
As an extension of our Summer Wellness Days, join us for a guided book club experience designed to deepen your connection to each theme: Body, Mind, and Spirit.
Led by one of our therapists, Nicole Ponce, LPC-S, LCDC, each gathering offers a space to explore transformative texts through meaningful conversation, reflection, and shared insight.
Together, we’ll bridge knowledge with lived experience and invite the teachings off the page and into our daily lives.
Each session aligns with one of our Wellness Days:
• Body — Exploring the wisdom of Eastern Body Western Mind (June 10th)
• Mind — Expanding perception with You Are the Placebo (July 8th)
• Spirit — Deepening awareness through Polishing the Mirror (August 5th)
Whether you’ve read every page or are simply curious, you are welcome. Come as you are, ready to listen, reflect, and connect.

About Nicole Ponce, LPC-S, LCDC
Nicole Ponce is a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals on their path to healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. Her work is grounded in the belief that each person holds an innate capacity to heal, and that therapy offers the space, tools, and connection needed to access that potential.
Her clinical journey has taken her through a wide range of settings, including community mental health, rehabilitation centers, residential treatment, and private practice, where she has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Nicole draws from a rich blend of evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems, while also integrating holistic approaches like mindfulness, somatic therapy, transpersonal psychology, breathwork, and trauma-informed yoga.
In addition to one-on-one work, Nicole has facilitated numerous groups and workshops centered around holistic healing, nervous system regulation, and mind-body connection. These group experiences are designed to create shared spaces for deep inner work, community connection, and spiritual growth.
Nicole’s therapeutic approach is person-centered and existential, with a foundation in attachment theory and trauma-informed care. She works with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, and spiritual exploration, supporting each person in creating a life that feels meaningful and aligned.
Outside of her clinical work, Nicole has a deep personal passion for yoga, meditation, and breathwork, which have profoundly shaped both her life and her therapeutic philosophy. These practices shifted her own worldview from a strictly linear, Western lens to one that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. This transformation informs her work today, allowing her to bridge clinical skill with spiritual insight.
Nicole is passionate about creating a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where clients can explore their inner world, heal old wounds, and step into a more connected and empowered version of themselves.
