Blue Balls Ireland Men’s Gathering – Curated Breathwork Experience
Join us for our next Blue Balls Ireland Men’s Gathering — a powerful evening designed to help men slow down, reconnect, and reset through guided breathwork and grounded connection.
This special session will feature a curated breathwork journey led by members of the Blissfull Breath Academy:
Barry Dempsey, Philip Barry, and special guest John O’Hegarty from Pneumatic Movement.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Tibradden Craft Farm (Hazel House Café), the evening will begin with a simple check-in circle before moving into a guided breathwork experience designed to help release stress, regulate the nervous system, create clarity, and deepen connection with yourself and others.
No experience with breathwork is needed. This space is open to all men — whether it’s your first time or you already have experience with this work.
📅 Date: Thursday 21st of May
🕖 Time: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
📍 Location: Hazel House, Tibradden Craft Farm, D16 NY78

A Few Simple Guidelines
To help create a safe and respectful environment:
• Confidentiality is key – What’s shared stays in the space
• Come clear-headed – No alcohol or drugs
• Respect the process – Everyone experiences breathwork differently
• Listen fully – Respect others when they share
• No pressure – Participate at your own pace
• This is not therapy – It’s a facilitated wellbeing and connection space
We’ll walk through everything together at the beginning of the evening.
If it’s your first time, don’t overthink it.
It’s simply a group of normal men showing up, breathing deeply, being real, and supporting each other.
