As the Winter Solstice opens this threshold between cycles, we gather to close the year with intention and welcome the new one with softness and presence. A gentle evening to call in your guides, journey inward with the support of Blue Lotus, and let Sound Alchemy help you release what’s complete and open to what’s beginning.

What to Expect

We begin in silence, sharing Blue Lotus tea and arriving gently into the body. You’ll be invited to anchor a clear intention—something to honour, release, or call forward as the year turns.

Once our intentions are set, you’ll be invited to lie down and immerse yourself in an alchemising soundscape. Alchemy bowls, Earth-frequency gong, shamanic drum, and shruti box weave a spacious field of vibration that supports deep rest, inner vision, and quiet transformation.

A grounded and protected energetic container, enabling you to cross the threshold with awareness.

• Anything extra you need to feel warm and cosy
• Optional: a small personal object for the altar
