About this Event

🌿 BLOOM: A Spring Equinox Wellness Series

Bloom is a four-week community wellness series bringing together yoga, reflection, creativity, and connection - all within a warm, familiar café space.

Hosted at MottoMotto Café, Bloom is designed to make wellness more accessible by bringing these practices into everyday environments where people naturally gather.

Each Saturday offers a full-day experience - from morning movement to evening workshops, and you’re invited to join in whatever way feels right for you.

What to Expect

9:00 AM – Sunrise Yoga

10:00 AM – Intention Setting & Journaling

Begin your day with a guided, trauma-informed yoga practice, followed by reflection and journaling to integrate your experience.

10:00 AM onward

  • Stay for matcha, tea, and cafĂ© time
  • Explore wellness vendors
  • Connect with others or take time for yourself

Motto Motto Café remains open throughout the day, creating a relaxed, welcoming space to linger and connect.

4:30 PM – Kids’ Yoga / Sound Experience
5:00 PM – Kids’ Expressive Arts

A playful and creative space for children focused on movement, music, and self-expression, while parents can relax in the café (we might have some activities for parents too - await more info!)

7:00 PM – Breathwork with Rupal & a musical journey with Zack

Each week follows a similar rhythm:

  • Morning: yoga + journaling
  • Daytime: cafĂ©, vendors, and community space
  • Afternoon: kids programming
  • Evening: featured workshop

This flexible format allows you to attend individual sessions or stay for the full day.

Each Saturday includes a curated selection of wellness vendors offering products and services aligned with holistic living.

Special matcha beverages and café offerings will be available throughout the day, making Bloom as much about experience and atmosphere as it is about programming.

Weekly Saturday evening experiences:

March 28: An awakening soundscape & musical journey with Arkaya

April 4: Breathwork with Rupal & a musical journey with Zack

April 11: A guided movement/dance journey with River

April 18: A musical journey with Mei & song circle with Justin

Who is this for?

Bloom is for anyone who is looking to:

  • slow down and reset
  • reconnect with their body and mind
  • explore wellness in a more accessible way
  • experience community in a meaningful environment
