This workshop will be lead by 200 hour certified Art of Living Breathwork Instructor, Wanqui Chen. Wanqui has spent many years studying meditation with master meditation Instructor, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and now is ready to bring breathwork to the East Bay!
