Y-PLAN 2026 Summit

This summit, titled Planning, Belonging, and Democracy: Activating Systems Change in our Cities + Schools, will feature youth-led policy proposals that tackle some of the most urgent challenges facing our region. The summit will illuminate the partnership between the West Contra Costa County School District and UC Berkeley's Center for Cities + Schools to create systemic systems change in our schools and illuminate youth voices and visions.
