The Olive Press Media and MIRARI return for a second year to present an intimate Valentine’s evening designed to be felt, remembered, and shared.

This night honors love in all its forms — romantic, familial, and communal — while paying homage to the rich Black artistic legacy that continues to shape the cultural heartbeat of Philadelphia.

Guests will be welcomed by the sounds of DJ Supa Dupe, setting the tone for an evening rooted in elegance and intention. The night unfolds with vocals and poetry with live instrumentation by Autumn Reign, followed by a powerful live band performance from KOURAJ, closing the evening on a high note.

A curated dinner menu will be prepared by George Drakopoulos of Malelani Cafe, complemented by thoughtfully crafted mocktails and cocktails by Joyce With the Juice.

Hosted at the Mt. Airy Art Garage, The Valentine Regale: Black Opulence is where elevated artistry meets community, and where love — in every sense of the word — takes center stage.

Info: Check-In for House of Hearts will begin at 7:00 PM SHARP. Within the first hour, dinner will be served, guests can shop from our list of local vendors, enjoy music from our very own DJ, and have an opportunity to take professional photos at our photography station!

Info: Poetry Hour will be kicked off by a featured poetry performance, followed by a half-hour open mic session! *** If you would like to perform in the open mic session, there will be an add-on to tickets at the time of purchase to reserve your spot. Limited spots available.

Info: To close out the evening, be serenaded and empowered with soulful R&B. Award-winning singer KOURAJ and her live band will be performing original music and beloved covers, filling the space with a musical experience you won't forget!
