In case you missed it, this year Black Ballad is focused on making sure black women feel healthy and happy.
So we’ve joined forces with one of our favourite partners, ORS, to bring you a Weights & Wash Day class.
Because hair isn’t just about the products you use — it’s about how you take care of your whole self.
Join us for Black Girls Can Do Weights, a full-body dumbbell and band workout designed to sculpt, strengthen and make you feel amazing.
Expect a fun, supportive session that challenges you, makes you sweat and builds real body confidence.
The session will be led by the incredible Amara Bower, a personal trainer and women’s fitness coach passionate about helping women build strength, grow in confidence and feel empowered in and out of the gym.
And because this is Black Ballad x ORS…
We’re not letting you leave empty-handed.
To make sure your hair and scalp stay cared for post-workout (we’ve been listening 👀), you’ll receive a wash day goodie bag, including:
- ORS products to support your routine
- A Headwrap 2.0 from Gymwrap by Nicole Ari Parker (wear it during the session to avoid sweating your edges)
- An exercise mat to take home
