About this Event
The Harlem Family Wellness Suite presents:
Participants will receive information on breastfeeding and more as well as build community with on-site professionals that offer lactation support to our community. Other fun free activities throughout the day.
The day will include:
- Breastfeeding/ Lactation 101
- Mental Health and Wellness workshop
- Maternal Yoga
- Other community organizations and resources.
- Light Refreshment

NYC DOHMH Family Wellness Suite: A safe, welcoming and supportive space for women and their families to connect to community resources and city agency services for support. Visitors can get help avoiding eviction, enrolling in health insurance and more.
