Network over a drink with Chicago's biotechnology professionals and build a community of biotechnologists, entrepreneurs, investors, and enthusiasts. We're continuing our series of networking opportunities to discuss challenges, opportunities, and frustrations while enjoying an evening with your professional peers from around Chicagoland.
For the new year, we're doing something really different. At 6:00, join us for a tour of Four Star Mushroom, a local biotech startup that is focused on growing the future of culinary innovation in Chicago. Then, join us afterwards at 6:30 at Midwest Coast Brewing for our usual Fermenter. Midwest Coast makes beers that support that hard-working and coastal lifestyle of Chicago, slipping into and out of any moment. Their taproom is an amazing space, and we're lucky to be having our event where great beer is made (And a 7 minute walk from the Damen Green Line stop). Between Mushrooms and Beer, we're going to be looking at two wonderful forms of mycological biotechnology for the night, and we're excited to have you join in!
