About this Event

Biofield Tuning for the Throat Chakra

Step into your voice — communicate with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Have you ever walked away from a conversation wishing you had said something differently — or said anything at all?

Many women learn to soften their truth in order to protect relationships, avoid conflict, or keep the peace. Over time, these patterns can influence how you show up, how you communicate, and how fully you allow yourself to be heard.

These patterns don’t only live in the mind. They can settle into the nervous system and energy field, shaping how we communicate, how we hold ourselves, and how fully we allow ourselves to be seen and heard.

The cost of staying quiet often becomes heavier than the discomfort of speaking honestly. This workshop offers a supportive space to explore that shift.

During this guided group Biofield Tuning experience, we will focus on the throat chakra and surrounding biofield to support clearer communication, release patterns of suppression, and help you feel calmer and more grounded when expressing yourself. Rather than forcing expression, the work centers on helping the body feel regulated and grounded enough for authentic communication to emerge naturally.

Participants often leave feeling clearer about what they want to say, more grounded in their body, less reactive in conversations, and more confident communicating what feels true.

Who This Is For

This experience may resonate with you if:

  • You soften your truth to keep peace in relationships
  • You leave conversations wishing you had spoken more clearly
  • You feel unheard, dismissed, or misunderstood at times

Simply come as you are.

Facilitator Bio:

Shannon Quinn is the founder of Stillwater Healing, where she integrates Biofield Tuning, somatic awareness, and nature-based work to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and grounded self-connection. Her work explores how life experiences are held in the body and energy field, and how gentle sound, awareness, and presence can support meaningful change. She is guided by a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the belief that healing begins when we feel safe enough to listen.

Shannon hosts experiential workshops, introductory sessions, and small-group events that combine practical education with direct experience. Her offerings help participants better understand their nervous system, reconnect with their body, and explore new ways of relating to stress and long-held patterns—often moving toward a more authentic and grounded sense of self in a steady, supportive environment.

Getting to Evolve Academy

The Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning is located inside The Schoolhouse at 720 Magnolia Road, Suite 21, Charleston, SC 29407.

Please park on the Magnolia Road side of The Schoolhouse building and enter through the double doors labeled “Events.” Once inside, turn left and you’ll find Evolve Academy in Suite 21.

As a center for adult personal and professional development, many of our classes take place in the evenings and on weekends. If you happen to arrive late and find the exterior doors locked, simply knock gently on the window to the left of the doors—this is the Evolve classroom window. (Arriving a few minutes early is the smoothest way in.)

Evolve is a serene, cozy space designed with nervous-system comfort in mind. You’ll find calm lighting, soft rugs and cushions, warm herbal tea, and neutral tones—intentionally curated to help you feel safe, grounded, and cared for. All are welcome. We love all of our neurodivergent friends, all of our friends of various genders, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, physical challenges, and more. There is a handicap accessible ramp to enter the building. This is a safe space for you.

Many of our classes are taught with our students seated on comfy cushions on the ground. If you need or would like a chair, we are happy to accommodate you.
