BIMA Agency Leaders Lunch: Navigating the Challenges Ahead for 2026

As agencies adjust in an increasingly complex landscape, the challenges facing the larger agencies in 2026 will probably be shaped by rapid advances in AI, shifting client expectations (and budgets), talent pressures and an evolving regulatory environment. So we can explore how to face these challenges together. BIMA is hosting quarterly leadership lunches, specifically for agencies with a £XXm plus turnover.

This invitation-only session will provide a space for open conversation among peers, focused on the strategic, operational and cultural challenges that larger digital agencies are already encountering—and those still on the horizon.

From future business models and client value to skills, sustainability and responsible innovation, the discussion will look beyond the immediate to what’s next. This is a chance to influence the agenda, share perspective with peers, and help define how BIMA can support the larger agencies in membership throughout 2026.
