We're excited to announce the launch of "Billericay Men's Group," a new men's mental health support group dedicated to fostering better connections and breaking the stigma surrounding men's mental health.
Are you looking for a safe space to talk about your challenges without fear of judgment? or maybe ready to help someone overcome their challenges? "Billericay Men's Group" is here for you. This group provides a safe and supportive environment where men can openly discuss their challenges, share experiences, and access essential mental health resources.
Meeting Details:📅
When: Every Wednesday, 7-9pm, starting 31st July 📍
Where: The Chantry Centre, Billericay 👥
Who: Open to all men
Cost: Free 💲
Come as you are. Share as much or as little as you like. This is a judgment-free zone dedicated to supporting men's mental wellbeing and fostering better connections in our community. 🌍
