Cycle out the Lee Valley, along the river, through the park, by the 7th-century monastery, through the woods, along the lake past Dripsey Castle, along hidden byways to a secret waterfall, and maybe climb trees and swim along the way. Don't forget to bring something for the picnic.This will be one of the longer, faster cycles of the week, and so will be particularly suited to more confident cyclists.
Bike Week 2026 will be May 9th - 17th. Not all events can be confirmed until funding is announced in the Spring, but we can already confirm that this event will go ahead. And we are planning at least 3 events a day every day, including one long cycle during each of at least 8 of the 9 days.
