Welcome to the ‘Connection Edition’ – where each workshop seamlessly builds upon the last, guiding you on an exciting journey that deepens your knowledge and enhances your dance skills throughout the day. No random drop-ins, no separate themes – just a thoughtfully designed experience focused on deep learning, authentic connection, and personal development.
Please note, these sessions will be a mix of Polish & English - Please read below for the full detailed schedule!
And of course, we’ll close the day with an amazing 5 hr Zouk party - featuring some of your favourite DJs and loads of teachers ready to dance with you!

Please note that, due to the nature of the classes and room capacity, we’ll be limiting the number of workshop passes to just 32. Once they’re gone, they’re gone – so make sure to grab yours before they sell out.. As we expect they will!

💫 Workshop 1: Connection with Yourself – Grounding & Presence (Natalia - 1:15 - 2 pm)
• Grounding techniques, saying 'yes' to yourself, and building self-connection.
• Exercises on being fully present and confident in your own body before sharing connection.
• Discover how your internal state influences the quality of your external dance connections.
🌟 Workshop 2: Deepening Partner Connection – Authenticity in Dance
(Pati & Luke - 2 - 3pm)
• Exploring vulnerability, trust, and authentic energy exchange through movement.
• Techniques for reading and responding to your partner’s energy in the moment.
🎵 Workshop 3: Connection to the Music – Listening, Interpreting & Expressing
(Wiktor & Pati - 3 - 4pm)
• How to truly hear the music together, not just follow beats.
• Exercises to interpret musical layers while maintaining connection with your partner.
• Exploring musical pauses, accents, and textures to create a shared musical story.
🔥 Workshop 4: Dynamics of Connection – Flow, Sharpness & Contrast
(Tomek & Zuza - 4:30 - 5:30pm)
• Explore how different energies (smooth vs. sharp, fast vs. slow, soft vs. strong) influence connection.
• How to play with tension, release, and pauses to add emotional depth to the dance.
• Techniques for adapting connection style to match shifts in music and mood.
🎉 Workshop 5: Connection, Presence & Play – Bringing It All Together
(Ricky & Ola - 5 - 6pm)
• A playful finale filled with creative partner games like Followers takeover, Continuing The Flow, Wifi Connection Challenge, Fast vs Slow, and Big vs Small Energy.
• Focus on adaptability, co-creation, and playful exploration to wrap up the day with good vibes.
• Reflecting on key lessons from all workshops through fun, dynamic group activities.
