The theme this time is Japanese western cuisine, “Omelette rice and Hamburger Steak.” Japanese omelets are fluffy and soft, and slightly undercooked. It takes skill to make them, but we hope you will master it in this workshop. Also, unlike European hamburgers, Japanese hamburgers are fluffy and juicy. The sauce we will use is demi-glace, which goes well with omurice and hamburgers. We will also be preparing a salad as a side dish, so we will also make a Japanese-style dressing.I'm sure these dishes that everyone will love. Please look forward to it.
