About this Event
Sofia is a 400hr certified yoga teacher and energy healer. Obtaining her first certification at Shiva Yoga, West Hollywood and a second certification at House of Om in Bali. Followed by trainings & certifications in other spiritual practices.
She brings a holistic approach merging ancient wisdom and modern science guiding people back to balance. Mainly teaching private clients and co hosting retreats.
In her free time, she explores her creative expression playing piano, being in nature, writing and even hosting game nights!
She launched her online business to reach more people, offering guidance through breath work, meditation, sound healing, human design, nervous system regulation, shamanic journeys, psychic activations, etc.
