Hey there! Join us for Beyond The Diagnosis, a chill in-person hangout where folks with chronic illnesses come together to talk, share, and unwind. This support group is a safe and welcoming space for young adults (18–30) to share their health journeys, connect with others who understand similar challenges, and participate in inclusive, disability-friendly activities. It's all about real conversations, support, and good vibes in a relaxed setting. We the first and last Saturday of every month! Whether you want to chat about your journey or just listen and connect, this is the spot for you. Come as you are and let's talk and chill – no pressure, just community.
