Join Giada from School of Shamanism and Cori from Koa for a unique experiential workshop dedicated to understanding and exploring out-of-body states through the lens of traditional shamanic practice and trauma informed practice.
Giada and Cori are professional, qualified, experienced and hold supportive, invitational space. This immersive session combines grounding nervous system practices with an introduction to the subtle realms, offering you a rare opportunity to experience the foundations of astral travel in a supportive environment with two skilled practitioners.
The workshop will open with a welcoming introduction, followed by a clear explanation of the principles behind shamanic out-of-body experience, how consciousness shifts beyond the physical body, what the subtle layers of the self represent, and how shamans have navigated these realms for thousands of years.
You will learn the difference between spontaneous out-of-body experiences, lucid states, and intentional shamanic journeying, with guidance on how to approach these practices safely and respectfully.
The different parts of the autonomic nervous system will also be explained and how we can navigate them to cultivate more safety when exploring out of body experiences.
You will then be invited to try some introductory techniques designed to cultivate awareness, enhance energetic perception, and create the conditions for a controlled shift in consciousness. These practices are accessible to all and do not require prior experience.
This workshop is ideal for those curious about astral travel, those drawn to shamanic spirituality, or anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the non-ordinary dimensions of consciousness.
