About the Workshop
This 90-minute interactive workshop invites women leaders and students to explore burnout, resilience, agency, belonging, and sustainable leadership beyond individualized self-care.

Through the framework Regulate, Reflect, Relate, Reform, participants will practice accessible grounding strategies, reflect on leadership habits and narratives, identify sources of support, and leave with one practical action aligned with their values and capacity.
