Hello fellow Berlin moms,
My name is Wenmin. I'm from Taiwan, a new mom in Berlin with a 8 months old baby, and a certified executive coach.
In the last eight months, I've felt deeply the lack of support for international moms in Berlin – no family, few friends, and limited public resources or access to communities due to the language barrier. Most of us are left feeling isolated, desperate, trapped, and disoriented in our heads, unable to enjoy the beauty of our newfound motherhood to the fullest.
At the very least, I thought, I want to host a space for international women in this season of life to unpack what we're going through. A space to talk about things that we cannot say to anyone – the things that we know don't make sense, but feel it with our whole being. A space let out some pressure before it got too dangerously unbearable.
This event is planned to be held every Friday evening from 19:00 to 20:30 at the wonderful Familienzentrum groß & KLEIN in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. Babies are very welcome!
To ensure a comfortable and intimate atmosphere, each event can host a maximum of 6 participants. Please book the dates you want to attend, and make sure to cancel if your plans change.
