On 10 NOVEMBER at Holzmarkt 25, we’re hosting a club night of legendary DJs to end Berlin Science Week with a bang! Join our spectacular closing party where music and science will come together for a celebration of collaboration, creativity and common ground.
Get in the mood to party with our pre-club night programme, where we will delve into the hottest topics in science today. From 17:00 - 19:00, will bring together a stellar line up of Women* and LGBTQ+ researchers to give fresh perspectives on a variety of fascinating topics (more info here-link). Taking place in parallel, from 17:30-18:30, the invites you to join a live podcast recording where experts will explore the scientific, historical, cultural dimensions of sex (more info here-link).
To get the party started, from 18:30-21:00, will take you on an immersive journey into the inner workings of club culture. DJ Discotopian will heat up with the dance floor while you hear from artists, scientists and science communicators on collective movement to music, synchronised brains in bliss, insights into perfect club spaces and much more.
From 21:00 onwards, we will dance the night away at our Club Night with curated DJ sets from Niconé and Kristina Sheli. Niconé refuses to be tied to one particular sound, moving between summery anthems, tight deep house and leftfield pop-not-pop. While Georgian-born singer, songwriter and DJ Kristina Sheli seamlessly blends a diverse range of house and electronic music, featuring her original releases alongside standout global productions.
